We specialise in 24/7 person-centred care for individuals living with complex and high medical needs, and managing progressive or multiple diagnoses, including those living with Parkinson’s, MND, MS, epilepsy, stroke recovery and those requiring palliative and end of life care.

Sarah is the Owner and General Manager of Complete Care Assist.
Sarah’s early career focused on sales and marketing with FMCG companies. After taking time out of the workforce to raise three children (currently 11, 14 and 16), Sarah worked in the education sector. Whilst living in the USA, Sarah was a Moderate Needs Para Educator, supporting students from severely disadvantaged and trauma impacted backgrounds with a range of disabilities, learning, developmental and emotional challenges. This experience inspired Sarah to pursue her interest in this area further through owning and operating her own business, and postgraduate studies.
Sarah is currently completing postgraduate studies in Psychology and professional development programs in Positive Behavioural Supports.
Matt is the Director of Complete Care Assist.
Matt grew up in regional Australia and has a diverse business background, having worked in consulting, finance and most recently having run and rapidly grown small and large services businesses both in Australia and North America. Matt takes an active role in developing and executing the strategic direction of Complete Care Assist and ensuring it has the capabilities and infrastructure in place to support its participants, both today and in the future.
